1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Taneja Marketing Group ("TMG") website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

TMG provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, Google Ads management, web design, social media marketing, branding, and content creation. Specific services, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements with each client.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery

  • Timely review and approval of deliverables and campaigns

  • Grant necessary access to accounts, platforms, and assets

  • Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property
 

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-created deliverables such as designs, copy, and website code as specified in the service agreement. TMG retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing TMG tools, templates, and proprietary methodologies (including the GLOW Framework) remain the property of TMG.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month. TMG reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 30 days.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes business strategies, financial information, customer data, and any materials marked as confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

TMG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. Marketing results are influenced by many factors beyond TMG's control, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

8. Termination

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.

9. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the website's functionality. Content on this website is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saline County, Arkansas.

11. Changes to Terms

TMG reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
