Terms & Conditions

All payments made to Taneja Marketing Group (TMG) for creative services—including but not limited to web design, branding, graphic design, marketing services, content creation, consulting, and related deliverables—are non-refundable once payment has been received.

Due to the custom, time-intensive, and intellectual nature of creative services, work may begin immediately upon receipt of payment. Accordingly:

All payments, including deposits, retainers, and milestone payments, are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for work completed, in progress, or scheduled.

Payments, Refunds & Access to Services

Access, Suspension & Payment Disputes

TMG reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or revoke access to any services, deliverables, accounts, or platforms provided if:

Payment is overdue, incomplete, or unpaid, or
A payment dispute, chargeback, or claim has been initiated.

During any active dispute:

Access to services, websites, files, hosting environments, or marketing platforms may be temporarily suspended until the matter is resolved.
Deliverables, credentials, or account access will not be transferred or released until all outstanding balances are paid in full and the dispute is resolved.

If a dispute is resolved in favor of TMG, access will be restored and/or delivered accordingly. If payment is not received or the dispute is not resolved, TMG reserves the right to:

Permanently withhold access to unpaid deliverables,
Terminate services, and
Pursue collection efforts or legal remedies as permitted by applicable law.

Ownership & Release of Work

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All work, files, designs, websites, and related assets remain the property of TMG until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights will be transferred as outlined in the service agreement.
